Gaming for this weekend is ON! Saturday, May 13. Feels like a long time since a game day!
Do the normal doors open at 12:30, gaming at 1pm.
Who can make it and WHAT do you want to play??

I'll be there. If anyone else is interested I think I'd like to play a "not-quite-classic" blast from the past - I'm thinking of Goa, Trajan, Ora et Labora, London among others - games I invested a lot of time in learning that rarely come to the table these days (unlike Burgundy, Puerto Rico, St. Pete and other true classics). Alternatively, I'd be happy to try Marco Polo again and I'm always up for Great Western Trail.

Mike, Mary and a friend of theirs should be joining us, as well as Scott. No Chris or Larry, alas. edited by JohnKerr on 5/12/2017

I have been itching to get Goa to the table for some time now! If memory serves Goa was the first game I ever played with John, and only once since. Speaking of oldies that don't get out enough Power Grid has been considered several times lately.
I will try read the rules for Ora tonight; it appears to be something between his Agricola and Glass road games. That or Trajan, but both seem a heavy for my wussy taste. Hmm perhaps London then. Nah, will bake banana bread instead.

Ora et Labora is more like Le Havre than his other games, I'd say. It's on the heavy side, but slightly less so than feast for odin, IMO.

I'll be coming in out of the rain. Always up for Trajan. Goa is good. The others I'am willing to play.
