For any of you that don't know, there's some kind of DC based convention coming up soon, http://www.washingcon.com/ - Sept 10-11. They say they are expecting more than 1000 attendees, which I think is pretty exciting... it's always nice to see more opportunities in the area.
Unfortunately, it conflicts with my game day, so I don't plan to attend (the 2nd Saturday is STILL ON). It's also seems to center around lighter games than I like to focus on. But if anyone goes, let us know how it turns out!

I went last year. It was full of mostly people I don't know! A lot of younger people....non-GCOM people.....they were all very excited. They also gave away a lot of games. (I got one.)
