Another game day looms! This one conflicts with Prezcon, but we're still a go, as I don't plan to attend this year.
We'll start at 1pm. Who is planning on coming by?
What do you want to play?

Prezcon, schmezcon! We don't like any of the presidential candidates anyway! I'll be there at 1 PM, ready to do some high quality gaming! As usual, I'll be up for anything new.

What does Charlottesville offer that Arlington doesn't? You can count on me at 1pm.

Currently on a Mombasa kick (up to 4 players). Also willing to punch Nippon if sufficient interest is available. Open to other suggestions.

Always happy to venture into Deepest Darkest Africa for a game of Mombasa, Bob. It's one of my favorites from last year. I played Nippon once before and liked it quite a bit, so I'd definitely be up for a game of that. I'd also like to try out German Railroads, even though I'm barely competent at the original game set in Mother Russia.

I'll be bringing my usual assortment of Ships, Guns & Steel, and the expansion characters for Marco Polo and would be happy to teach any of them.

I would be interested in Nippon, I almost bought it just based on the good opinions I've heard.

I'm planning to be there around 1pm.

I'd be up for either Nippon or Mombasa if there was room for a newbie (haven't played either).

Have any of you played Golden Ages? I've got the expansion, and I think it is quite good. I'll bring it along.

I don't think we'll be able to make it

I am also interested in Golden Ages.. another that I almost bought based on BGG reviews and the civ-building theme. Plus, 90 minutes playtime.

Brad, I look forward to meeting you. I've been trying to get to play Golden Ages for over a year, so I'd be very interested in getting to play it! If you wouldn't mind, I'd like our first game to be without any expansions, unless you think one of them is really essential, just to have a better idea of what the basics of play are. But let's see what everyone in the game would like to do.

If there is a fourth place at the table, I'm up for learning Golden Ages as well.
