As some of you know, I used to host ABG out my apartment in courthouse, one feature of which was a great view of the (national) mall, which was particularly nice during the fireworks display. Because of that, I started hosting fourth of July gaming where-in folks would come by and play games, then watch the fireworks. When I moved to the current place, alas, the fireworks display on the fourth was quite drastically reduced, but it turns out that people still enjoyed coming by for the games and company (and maybe a little of the tiny fireworks in the distance).
That's all just a long-winded preamble to seeing if people are interested in doing so again this year. Who'd be up for coming by on the fourth, starting 1pm? Let me know ahead of time, if you can, so I can gauge interest.

My first 4th of July in 12 years that's not a work day. I scarcely know what to do! But if you're hosting games, I'd be there at 1pm.

Marilyn and I would like try to stop by. Not sure we could stay too late, being the middle of the week and all.
